Last Saturday, March 29, 2008, Holly hooked us up with advance tickets to the Newseum. That's right - we got in before it officially opened. The museum is really cool. Basically it charts the history of news, but it really drove home the point that all history is news and we only know of history because of the news. Highlights for me were: the 9/11 video, the wall of newspapers from the US and the rest of the World on 9/12/01, Berlin Wall, Pennsylvania Terrace, and the grand finale - the 4D movie experience.
