Thanks to Mary for sharing her yummy recipes with me on Mother's Day :)

Chicken Strips
Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and lots of garlic powder.
Cut chicken into strips and roll in mixture above.
Brown in large skillet using butter or margarine.
After browning all chicken, add 1 can of chicken broth and saute for about 2-3 hours until broth turns to gravy.

Chicken a la King
1 can of golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup diced chicken
peas (for color) use as much as you want
1 or 2 teaspoons of dry sherry

Mix together, heat, and spoon over toast.
You probably want to double this recipe.

Pork Chops & Rice
4-6 pork chops
4-6 onion slices
1 cup of rice
1 (large) can of tomatoes (crush or chopped, not whole)

Trim fat from chops.
Brown in frying pan.
Put chops in a casserole dish and put a slice of onion on each chop.
Place washed and drained rice around chops and along edges.
Add tomatoes covering the chops and rice.
Bake at 350 for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Check chops periodically to make sure they don't get dry.
